I found this recipe on Facebook and made them for Christmas. They are delicious! 😋
1 cup of unsalted butter, softened
1 cup of granulated sugar
1 cup of light brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
3 cups of all purpose flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of white chocolate chips
1 cup of semisweet chocolate chips
Holiday sprinkles to garnish
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar until smooth.
Add the eggs and vanilla until smooth.
Combine dry ingredients and add to wet mixture. Blend until well combined.
Add both cups of chocolate chips.
Drop by Tablespoon onto cookie sheet.
Bake 10-12 minutes or until edges turn golden brown.
Allow to cool on baking sheet several minutes before transferring to wire rack to cool completely.
