This quote is so true for so many! I was trying to get into the Occupational Therapy program at Texas Woman’s University where I was going to college. I kept getting denied entry. In the meantime I was taking Family Studies courses because they were very interesting. One day my advisor who was also one of my professors called me into her office. She said Darla do you ever plan to graduate? I said yes if I can ever get into the Occupational Therapy program. She said, Darla you are one semester away from graduating with a degree in Family Studies get out of here! I was so shocked! I had no idea I was that close.
I say this to encourage you! Don’t let go of your dream! If it is starting your own business or going back to college for a new career or even taking that dream vacation to Europe. Keep going!
I had the idea for this blog for two years. I almost gave up on it but found a young very talented man on Fiverr to build my website exactly like I wanted it. I’m so happy I kept going! It’s still a work in progress but I enjoy working from home.
Whatever that one thing you want don’t give up on it! Make it happen no matter how long it takes! Just don’t quit you can accomplish your goals one step at a time and you’ll be so happy when you are successful!
