Christmas is coming soon and can be a stressful time . We are all deciding what to cook, running around buying gifts and some people making plans to travel.
So we can all learn a valuable lesson from our furry friends to just chill and relax!
I have two cats brother and sister and I love petting them because it helps me relax and they love to curl up beside me on the coach! Our furry friends just have this marvelous ability to just fall asleep anywhere! While most of us can’t fall asleep like that we can learn to relax anytime we get stressed.
First take 3 deep breaths in and slowly let your air out. See your already relaxing! Second take a hot bath or shower using a great smelling body wash. Let the hot water and fragrant smell of the body wash wake up your senses. If you want to light some candles to wake up your senses even more that would be great! After your hot bath or shower put on your favorite lotion perfume or for men cologne . You will feel so relaxed.

These are just some ideas to make the holidays less stressful or anytime you are feeling stressed. Don’t go into financial trouble this Christmas. Remember it’s not about the gifts or food but spending time with family or friends.
