Strength

By Darla Youngblood

Strength comes from surviving and coming out stronger on the other side of trauma, losing a loved one or even losing a job unexpectedly. As human beings we don’t want to go through anything hard but unfortunately we do. I don’t know a single person who hasn’t been through something very difficult in their lives. But it’s what we do with it. We learn from it and make better choices and decisions. If it’s a person who has physically mentally or sexually abused you it’s better to walk away from people that hurt you and then once they are out of your life you can start to heal and become the person you want to be and live a happy life. My faith has gotten me through hard times in my life and that keeps my heart happy! Finding the courage to heal and find peace and happiness again is so important! None of us can change the hard things we go through but it’s important to remember it’s only temporary and we will come out on the other side of hardships stronger Our spirit will be stronger our minds will be stronger and our physical body will be stronger too! We have to learn from the past but not dwell on it and focus on what is good in our lives now! We all have amazing family and friends to help us get through these times and help us focus on our lives now and the future. Don’t ever think you are not a strong person we all are! Cling to the love happiness peace and your faith! You are strong!
