Ingredients
8 oz of cream cheese
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
¼ a cup of lemon juice
9 inch graham cracker crust or make your own graham cracker crust
Bring cream cheese to room temperature or soften in the microwave
Beat with mixer until creamy
Add whole can of sweetened condensed milk
Add lemon juice
Stir well to combine
Open graham cracker crust and leave tabs open .
Pour cheesecake mixture into graham cracker crust.
Take paper sign off lid discard in trash
Turn lid upside down and place over cheesecake
Close tabs over lid to make a see through lid.
Place in refrigerator over night or at least 2 hours.
Before serving add 1 can of pie filling on top. Recipe called for cherry but I prefer apple. Add the pie filling your family likes best.
