These are excellent tips we can all do to improve our mood and wellbeing. I make sure I get a good nights sleep every night, I write or read every day my two favorite things to do, I listen to KLOVE a contemporary Christian music radio station or listen to classic rock both my favorite music. I try to eat healthy, I eat mostly chicken and fish rarely eat any other kind of meat and vegetables make me feel better. I have two cats Bandit and Bonnie and petting them every day and taking care of them makes me happy! I connect to family and friends on Facebook by messaging them or just commenting on their posts. I have a few people I talk to on the phone. And last I always have a goal I’m working on. So find things every day to make you happy to improve your mood and wellbeing! You will be so happy when you do!
