Crockpot Lasagna

Ingredients:

One pound of ground sausage or ground beef

One jar of pasta sauce your favorite kind

one two pound package of shredded mozzarella cheese

lasagna noodles uncooked

Line crockpot with crockpot liner for easy clean up

pour small amount of pasta sauce onto the bottom to cover the bottom

Scramble sausage or ground beef until done. Drain excess oil.

Pour the rest of the pasta sauce into cooked meat and stir until hot. Remove from heat.
Line bottom of crockpot with uncooked lasagna noodles even breaking one in half to fit into the bottom of the crockpot. Spoon meat mixture on top of each lasagna noodles. Cover each noodle with shredded mozzarella. Repeat layers until all of meat mixture is used. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese. You can also use other cheese with the mozzarella like cottage cheese or some other cheese you like.
Place lid on top of crockpot and cook on high for two hours.
This is a delicious lasagna and made even better with garlic toast or breadsticks. Very little salt is needed the natural flavors make it delicious without much salt added.Enjoy!
