Butterscotch Haystacks

11 oz package of butterscotch chips

3/4 cup of creamy peanut butter name brand

3 cups of mini marshmallows

2 5 oz cans of La Choy chow mein noodles

Instructions

Melt butterscotch chips in microwave until smooth but careful not to scorch

Add peanut butter and mini marshmallows.
Add both cans of chow mein noodles and mix well to coat all the noodles with the butterscotch mixture

Drop two tablespoons each of mixture onto parchment paper . Allow to sit at least 45 minutes at room temperature to set. Store in air tight container in refrigerator up to a week. Or they can be frozen up to two months. Delicious anytime but a awesome Christmas treat!
