Broccoli rice cheese casserole

Two cups of cooked rice white or brown

One and a half cups of steamed cooked broccoli

one can of cream of mushroom soup

Shredded cheese of your choice I use Colby Jack cheese

One Tablespoon of onion powder

One Tablespoon of garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Cook rice and broccoli and put into large bowl. Add rest of the ingredients. Mix together well.

Pour into a 13×9 inch pan sprayed with cooking oil.

Put in 375 degree oven until hot and cheese is melted. Serve with your favorite meat.
