Several years ago I was paying over 100 dollars a month for cable. I was only watching a few channels. So I cut my cable off. Instead I have 3 TV apps that are less than 30 dollars a month for all 3. Look around at all the apps and find the ones that works for your family. Not only do I have all of my favorite TV shows but movies. And I love Christmas movies!
So the money you save could go toward a great vacation for your family! 
And we all need a vacation!
