- Stick to a budget. Financial stress can cause anxiety.
- Honor losses. If you are grieving the loss of a loved one, make space for those feelings.
Give yourself grace. Give yourself permission to say No to events.- Identify a safe space or holiday buddy if you’re feeling overwhelmed.
